I’m watching this at 4:30am, after waking up at 2:30am. Same thing happened last night too. No trouble falling asleep initially, but I wake up super early and can’t get back to sleep for hours. My period is due tomorrow.

My periods are coming after 6 days and I'm having insomnia from the last 2 days 😢 I'm nauseous too. No energy cz I'm not sleeping well. Headache, lower back pain, indigestion

got 2 split nights, then 4 or 5 hours yesterday and the next night its up with persistent low grade cramps 🎉 every time i take on more the 2 weeks before I pay for it
