Bollywood has lost all touch with reality. They keep trying to bring western ideas in their stories. Look at South Korea. Their stories are rooted within the culture and its appreciated by the world. The only other industry that comes close to doing the same might be Tamil and Malayalam movies whose stories are rooted in the culture. Just watched 3 Malayalam movies this week with English subtitles “Thinkilascha Nischayam a family comedy “Bhootakalam “ horror movie and “Hridayam” a romantic coming of age movie and was blown away by all three movies.
