Saw these guys back in their heyday, fantastic pub band, they loved being up close with their audience. You'd be on the dancefloor and greedy would jump off the stage with a fosters six pack and pass them around. Great times.

I remember being ten years old and going into a CD shop and trying to buy this single. Nope they didn’t have it. I would have to buy the whole album or order the single in as a special order. We didn’t have the internet!!

As agonising as the ar$ehole who stole my entire LP collection. :( Given your search you might be able to help with this question - wasn't this song released as a Martin Plaza single (i.e. pedantically it's not a Mental's song)?

I heard this song on the Doctor Demento show.... When I hear this song, it makes me think of the cartoonist Robert Crumb cartoon character Mr. Natural. The long bearded bald guy who talks and is in naughty Zap Comics from the late 1960's ...1970's......he's on a shirt that says "Just Pass'n Thru"
