NHS have been let down by our political power and systems trying to profit out illness. Not the people who have chosen to work with them. Try not to overthink Jon. I know that is easier said than done when experiencing lows. Distract with the things that bring you joy and positivity. As you know, this is key to good mental well being. Balance.

Joanne Green Hi Jo, totally agree the NHS has been let down, I've been lucky enough to meet many people who work for the NHS and they are amazing people. I'm gunna be way too honest right here and say I don't have anything that brings me joy and positivity at the moment, and I have no idea how I'm gunna move forward, I know get your violin.... Always looking for balance x
