It's not just that domestic abuse with continue through family court proceedings it's that it will continue at a heightened level and prolonged length of time and intensity and then including the court process induced trauma and abuse when one parent particularly the domestic abuse perpetrator, begins a gaslighting/ alienating process against the victim parent. A child contact order that serves as a legal pass for domestic abuse perpetrators to reinstate often the domestic abuse that the victim parent has fled. Do courts actually understand the complexities and layers of this for the victim and child victims in this process.

8:54 false allegation re Mother has mh issues st stopped contact. Relevant legislation to refer to "presumption is incorrect" if risk of harm. Dr Caroline Leaf Neuroscientist is pushing MH reactions to adverse events are normal, power in numbers with one voice. We just want to protect our children, not be backed into an impossible corner. This is all fantastic stuff, but sadly isn't relevant when the Cafcass Officer ignores evidence and lies. This form of gaslighting is terrifying and means that the judge isn't aware of the domestic abuse.

I have experienced the lies an hypocracy from cafcass, they destroy men an the families in general and the family court holds these currupt cafcass officers with high esteem an listen to their biased recommemdations to a T.

My MH is being used against me - I’m on these due to my abusive husband leaving me unexpectedly in April then takes my child and does not return him in June after a camping trip!!!! I’m at my whits end!!

why are you always going on about domestic abuse.. not every family case involves domestic abuse... like me.. i never had any mental health problems until social services got involved... its because of them and the courts that iv got problems .. and yet they used it against me in court...but yet social services get no blame...

i am a parent who's going through severe depression ptsd for past decade & receiving support from psychiatrist for all these years. i was the victim of verbal and domestic abuse by my ex and their family. on one day when i had enough i told my ex that i'm going to involve police but my ex begged me sorry & promised this will never happen again but my ex made a planned false police report and i ended up in police custody, civil court & criminal court proceeding. my ex's family and even my own children told lies to police & became false witnesses. my psychiatrist knows the situation i was going through for a long time ago as i was telling my psychiatrist everything. but i really do not understand where i stand because apparently i have no witness except my psychiatrist & on the other hand my ex has all their family and my own children supporting the bogus & false claim everywhere & even telling lies to social services. didn't see my children for 3 months as my solicitor says i've been banned from contacting them by any means till the matter is heard in the court. i'm totally broken since i came to know that my innocent children are being told to speak lies. i've no purpose of life & dying with every passing day.

I WAS SECTION IN 1986 FOR ATTEMPTS TO WOUND TIMES 2 THE CRIME ITSELF HAS A MAXIMUM OF FIVE YEARS YET BECAUSE I WAS SEEN AS HAVING A MENTAL HEALTH ILLNESS I GOT AN EXTRA 29YEARS I DID TRY TO APPEAL TO THE HIGH COURT. BUT FOR SOME REASON THE HIGH COURT WILL NOT SEE PEOPLE WHO ARE SEEN TO HAVE A MENTAL ILLNESS THIS I THINK IS WRONG. I DO NOT FEEL THAT THE MENTAL HEALTH TRIBUNAL IS INDEPENDENT AND IS VERY MUCH IN FAVOUR OF WHAT THE SO-CALLED EXPERTS SAY. THE PATIENT HAS NO VOICE THAT CAN MAKE LEGAL SENSE TO A TRIBUNAL AS THEY ARE DEEMED TO BE ILL
