i am a parent who's going through severe depression ptsd for past decade & receiving support from psychiatrist and taking medicines for all these years . i was the victim of verbal and domestic abuse by my ex and their family. on one day when i had enough i told my ex that i'm going to involve police but my ex begged me sorry & promised this will never happen again but my ex made a planned false police report and i ended up in police custody, civil court & criminal court proceeding. my ex's family and even my own children told lies to police & became false witnesses. my psychiatrist knows the situation i was going through for a long time ago & i was telling my psychiatrist everything. but i really do not understand where i stand because apparently i have no witness except my psychiatrist & on the other hand my ex has all their family and my own children supporting the bogus & false claim everywhere & even telling lies to social services. didn't see my children for 3 months as i've been banned from contacting them by any means till the matter is heard in the court. i'm totally broken since i came to know that my innocent children are being told to speak lies. i've no purpose of life & dying with every passing day.

Hi hope all is well. Im very frustrated. Ill make it as short as i can. Ive provided evidance of abuse towards myself & my children to local authorities. Video & audio evidance. I can be seen being violently strangled , beaten with poles & sticks, objects thrown at me , threats of violence toward myself & Daughter to previous relationship , falsely accused resulting in my arrest where i was abused in police custody, she attemted to stab me where police were called & police threw he knife down the gutter & told me it was a set of keys i saw, ive been ran over by her car , most recently i read in a social workers report that my ex made allegations of rape & that i stabbed her, she has breached bail conditions with zero consequence, she has scratched my supports car & police did nothing . I need help 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

I will look at this grey rock. My ex will control an arrangement in a way he will know it will impact me. I will make contact to negate. I will present as unemotional. Just facts. I suffering same from my son mother. There so little helpbsupport for men. In such case's but tobthen get labeled as the abusive coercive controlling the person..of domestic abuse violence person ..😢😢the law is cruppted against men rights to be loving caring fathers. To they children. fathers to they children..women always seems to be seen victims 😢 💔. And men the perpetrator..this is so biased and deacrinatlently sexistsexist . Voilation of human rights. This is so wrong and not in the best interests of children it's biased and sexist.

Male vicitms are abused by other men in gay relationships. Female perpetrators abuse other women in lesbian relationships. Women cannot DV abuse men. It's like saying a small child is DV abusing his parent.

Totally agree enough is not discussed about this situation by women rights thst for sure. Seems they all out to deacrinatlently brand men. As causing g women emotion hstm where 9 out of 10 cameras is the wo.en who instigating such abusive behaviour towards men. Which then push men become violent in defense of they liberty rights. Obviously too wrong don't make a right. But women need take account for they own abusive controlling behaviour against men rights. Specaily concer they children. As a father. I think family court is a roll of the dice. I think the outcome has nothing to do with law and common sense but has to do with who happens to be your judge. Some judges will be fair. That is rare. Others will almost always side with women Others will almost always side with men (most judges) Others will almost always side with abusers of any gender, Others will almost always side with victims of any gender. The law, the PDs are all not used unless on paper to cover themselves, Prepare for shock. You may be lucky, but if you are not, please prepare for shock. Oh, and avoid the book of the dominator, it really did me damage. I was dealing with healing and surviving abuse from one man, I didn't need my world to paint all men as abusers, it really hurt me. I also got the kids book to try to help my kids, it was horrific, careful, zero tips to heal, and horrific stories I wish I could erase from my mind and should not be told to a person who is looking to heal, not plant themselves in the abuse and pain, it is not for people looking to live and heal and survive, but people who want to get worse and dedicate their life to pain

Unfortunately the definition of domestic abuse is a very hard one to tackle Simply because like you say telling the truth is the very best way forward Because some men can be right bast**** & can be very violent & yet under the same statement "Domestic Abuse" can be so soft such as an argument ending up just pushing each other So the Truth folks please 🙏👍

It would not make any difference to me whatsoever if somebody made a false allegation about someone else. Nothing to do with me. What “spoils it ‘‘ for “real victims” is a court system which is obsessed with giving contact to bullies even in the face of hard evidence.
