Arabs don't realise that mental health issues aren't just depression or anxiety,(which is what they only know), as there's WAY MORE DISORDERS that are far from being "crazy" qnd it all shows how messed up we are and simply uneducated, I hope everyone with any mental issues from disorders to trauma to self harm, is strong enough

What are you talking about? We knowledge it, but we dont hype it up and literally sponsor it like they do in the western world, there is a reason why suicide rates between the arab world and the western world is so different.
