Great video! It's wonderful that you can be so open about this topic and I'm sure by sharing this, you will reach someone who needs to know they're not alone. In fact, I just discovered another KZbinr I liked was going through his own struggles with mental health and I wouldn't have known otherwise if he didn't share, because he hid his pain so well! So it's great you're doing this. 😊👍

ps I'm looking forward to your videos about your process in dealing with this and finding motivation. I was thinking (if you need ideas), you could just film yourself doodling or sketching something very simple and random while just talking to us and letting your thoughts flow. 😊
