Is there any rule that disabled clinical psychologists are not welcomed or can not work? The reason I am asking this question(stupid as it may sound) because I am disabled person with locomotor disability(cerebral Palsy) by birth but I am from a psychology field. And I am planning to work in Dubai in the future once I have enough educational qualification in field. Let me know, can I also apply and work in UAE?

I have a Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology and am planning to get licensed. The UHPQR manual issued by DHA states "In the Emirate of Dubai, DHA license Phycologist in Addiction, Clinical, Forensic, Health and Neuropsychology disciplines." (UHPQR, pg.108), so how is it mentioned in the slides that only Clinical, Health and Neuropsychologist get be licensed under DHA? I'm very confused. My research has shown a great disrepency in information regarding these licensures. Could you please Elaborate on that?
