PCHS has a mandate to provide health, settlement and social services to diverse communities in Greater Toronto Area. PCHS offers mental health and addictions, geriatric, settlement, child, youth and family services. PCHS also undertakes community development projects to build neighbourhoods and special projects like building “community hubs”.
Supporting clients and their families through a guided journey to recovery from substance use/abuse in a holistic and culturally appropriate manner.
