What about pre trainig playlist. Should it be the same plyalist as the pre game or should the pre game playlist and the songs on it be exclusive to game/should you listen to those songs outside of game day?

I advise athletes to have separate playlists - one for training and one for gamedays. It needs to be novel and special for the big thing 💪

Great video Sam! I just wanted to ask that is using the visualization method the night before matchday fine? Or is it more beneficial to on the matchday. I know you talk about shower visualization but I was just wondering whether visualizing on matchday is more beneficial than the night before :)

Sir there is a another channel like yours name athletes mentality (Gabriel deieno ) his videos are very realistic and he talks about how he can help athletes mentally to play at a very high level by joing his masterclass. sir I trust him but asking you to give me a favour . Should join or not ?

😭 idk how but im so weird, i have no pressure, ill take last minute penalties, and i rarely miss finishes, but if i miss, it wont even come close to effecting me. im a ST and friends say im too dumb to feel the pressure of anything.. could that be true?
