Nokta Legend: Where is Stability? I Know Its In There Somewhere

Wow, this feature had me so confused, so I decided to do a video on it. Did you know that the Nokta Legend has a Stability feature? The bigger question is do you know where to find it? By default it is turned on with a value of 3 but you will never see it unless you do this ONE thing.
