kakk tolong, bisaa spill brand bahan² yg selalu di gunakan 😅, soalnya takut beda aja. seperti bubuk macha, kecap asin rendah garam, bubuk kacang, bubuk cabe kasar dll nyaa.

Kak ini kalorinya kurang dari 1400, ini defisit kalori tanpa workout kah? Soalnya 1400 dikit banget😮 barusan cek komen ternyata tinggi kita sama kak, tapi aku di 1700an🤧

Khusus video ini aku memang sengaja bikin varian menu 1300-1400an kalori. Aku biasanya makan 1500+ kalori dan olahraga. Btw kamu olahraga apa makannya 1700an kalori ?
