The sound of filling up the pocket of air in your cheek forcibly in and out (with your lips still closed) makes a pretty good vinyl scratch noise, that’s how I learned to fill that pocket of air. Now the difficulty is the release and getting the pitch to a meow and less of a deflating balloon/quack

I did this sound alot as a child, and yeah I always called it the Duck Sound, but yeah its more a meowing, but because I did it so much as a child, I can do it on both sides, sounds very cool, but I need to leanr to put it in a beat. But great explaination and I still learned to variation.. I'm german and I can combine the meowing with some word with sounds really interesting too :)

A good place to start would be learning the basic things such as kicks, high hats, and snares. From there you can start learning some simple basses and sound effects, maybe some water drops and zippers too, and then try your own things.

I have wisdom teeth only on left side and I've been doing this sound for more than 10 years now. So, now I have a high pitched left side squeak and lower pitched right side squeak. Would be interesting to use those in routines.
