I'm training barefoot less often at the moment, but when I do train barefoot, I train for quite a long time, and pretty hard, because I don't want to lose their condition. Jason's told me he's started losing his feet condition quite fast, so it's good to "top it up" haha. I love that cat. See you around! :-)

That cat has some amazing wall runs...

It will strengthen your feet and ankles, both the stabilising muscles and the toughness of the skin. Buttttt, big but, you have to take it so slowly and focus extra hard on landing softly without scraping, and lining up your feet and knees, and projecting the balls of your feet. Good thing is, you'll definately know about it if you're training something that is too high impact for you :) Good luck if you do try it, it's definately interesting to try if nothing else.

Don't worry, I'm taking the barefoot training extremely slowly, I've been working from running on grass, to very small bits of training on different surfaces in order to strengthen the ankle and arch of the foot gradually. Try it.
