I think that he used a voice changer to speak in a high pitched voice, along with a girl voice impression. On a recent stream on the Meowbah channel you can clearly hear him talking and mocking his viewers because they fell for the bait. He used to be called Zorado before creating the Meowbah person and he trolled everyone and got into controversies purely for attention.
