Thanks for the simple fix. For some reason the bolt below my tensioner was tighter than I expected but now the new one is installed. No more squealing under my hood and I saved a lot doing it myself. Thanks again!

My serpentine belt broke (E320). I swap it following this and there was a lot of fumes coming out of the idler pulley area. However the idler pulley was fine. Tensioner seems fine too. Don´t know what the hell is going on

clk 430 is v8 and its big motor 4.3

It should be the same as the v6 3.2, just two more cylinders

Didn't you mean to say CRANKSHAFT when you called this the CAMSHAFT pulley? Why didn't you show how you removed the Fan Nut? If this came with a Fan driven off of the Water Pump Pulley. Removing the fan, if it's in the way takes about the same amount of time as the belt replacement sometimes. Thanks Pretty Good Video

The 3.2 v6 doesn't have a fan belt, the fan is electronic, so when removing it you just neet to unplug it and remove the two clips on top that are holding it and the whole fan assembly slides up
