Aesthetically, this might be my favorite modern GT3 car. The aero kit seems so natural looking on this thing. It definitely "looks the part". Gotta love how smooth that V8 note sounds, too.

@@PawsleyDirt that's a silly distinction, most cars that are classed as front mounted have the motor directly behind the front axle. Corvettes, C1 through to C7, being a prime example but yet only the C8 model are considered mid mounted. Ive also yet to see a mid mounted car where the driver sat so far back behind the motor. The company (Mercedes AMG) stating the cars are front mounted mid engine cars is mostly their way of trying to make the cars appear more exotic as far as I'm concerned, nothing more.

@@jessekleidon9503 Yes, every engine placed beneath the axles are mid engines, whatever it is in front or the back of the driver. Corvettes C2 and C3, Shelby Daytona, the LMP's buildt by Panoz, Ferrari 250 GTO are all mid-engine cars. Just look how far behind the front axle their engines are mounted... True front engines cars are Honda Civics, Toyota GR Yaris and majority of FWD cars that has their engine mounted in the top or in the front of front axle.

Mayank Sharma I don't. But I don't do too much setups: Gear rations, rear wings, prob diff and springs. Basically default setup ;) Probably it just suits my driving style with the slightly loose rear. Sadly AC is unable to run without major slow-motion in AI races, so I abandoned this game now (1.5 did not improve anything).

Well, actually I loved this update. It just added much more feel. Regarding single player... I agree, its horrible. Multi-player... Lacks a lot of features to complete the experience. But, according to me, AC is the closest game in terms of feel and experience. I haven't really played any other after this. The setups do play a major role... I am pretty good on the SLS but struggle to match times with AMG GT.

Mayank Sharma Funnily enough I am faster with the GT3 - but I am not that fast anyway :D To me AC now feels worse, I suspect they "tweaked" the handling for consoles... I do not really have the time (or the outright speed) for multiplayer, so I rely on singleplayer. I went back to GTR2, F1C and NR2003 actually ;)

Well the AMG GT uses a different engine, its a faster car with it. I'm assuming it had to do with reliability. Lots of GT cars are using a factory turbo engine too. This is basically an SLS with the AMG-GT body.
