Personally if you drove this on the roads we have now there would be nothing left of it with potholes you would have to update the roads and the bridges that car would bottom out on the slightest curb so when we talk about the future I hope that includes improving the roads Big Time upgrading I like concept cars but this isn't one of my favorites I've seen

The Professional I think a concept car is a fully functional prototype. But I might be wrong.

First Ladt there's concept, and then there's prototype. A prototype is usually a fully functioning, driving vehicle, but usually a one-off hand built version. A concept could be made of anything from clay to actual metal or composite body panels as seen here, with wheels and tires but it's just a shell. No steering, no interior, drivetrain suspension or anything else.

There was a dummy race car driver in the driver's seat. I couldn't really tell how much of an interior it had. What I do know is that there was a hollow spot underneath the car to fit the hoist.
