As long as the trim doesn't have deep scratches on it, I would go for faded gold color trim. Adding unique patina characteristics of classic Benz

Copy that. .. A '94 C124 owner. .. The best course of action would be re-anodizing to the OEM color finish. .. My $.02 cents. .. Great info !! ... SoCal210 = The MB burning bush.
