Any way to enable the AUX from the globe box to listen to music from the cell phone?

You have to be in the auxiliary submenu - under CD options. If your AUX still does not work it means that your unit was coded to work with a media interface via optical cable. I have the same issue. You need to code the unit with STAR to disable the media interface and then the aux signal should work through that jack.

Thank you for the answer, but I realized that this issue has too much technicalities and complex teminology, which makes it too hard to understand for a simple person like me. I just won’t be able to solve it out by myself, so I gave up and decided to buy an android screen from aliexpress. I believe it will cost me around 200€. I wish I was kind of an expert on this issue like you.

I’m not an expert, you just need to find a guy who has the Star Diag and ask him to solve your problem. It has to be a guy with a lot of patience. With 40-50€ the job is done. Good luck!

I appreciate your effort, but I’m affraid nobody has a Star Diag unless you own a Mercedes-Benz center, and even if I asked it would cost me as much as putting an Android Screen which has Bluetooth instead of AUX. Unfortunately, this days its quite hard to find patient people willing to help, if the job takes time there is no way to price it under 40-50€, as it is definetely something I can’t do by myself. The best choice here is an Android screen, thank you anyway

Audio 20 and Audio 50 NTG 2.5 does not have Bluetooth streaming. You can only make calls.
