No sorry! But you can ask your local mb service place, they can take out paper with all service that’s have been done in online service book!

No matter what I do, I cannot get into the reset menu. At one click I receive a “Take Your Key from Ignition” prompt. Two clicks, and I can see the trip/odometer screen, but nothing happens when I push the call and ok buttons after holding them for approx. 5 secs. There are no other known issues with key. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks…

Should work don’t know any other way to enter engineering menu. Be sure to have mileage info showing when you try.

You should see option for camera in engineering mode mine doesn’t have it. If you not see that option you probably not can retrofit rear cam without change command unit. This are the basic audio 20 unit.
