How do I remove third brake light?!

there is no third, only two brake lights - left and right

First of you need a special 10 mm socket it has to be a deep one. If not use a swivel head ratchet wrench. Second why did you tkae one taillight out but not ther other

That quarter panel is damaged. Likely fixing that side so the light had to come out
