Good question. You are only exempt until October 2021. Afterwards only pure electric vehicles will be exempt.

When the battery is extremely low in charge, the battery does charge it to a minimum amount but it does not try to utilise the engine to fully charge batteries like non-plugin hybrids out there. Glad you liked the video, stay tuned 🌝
