Also surprised they left the bonnet, but surely the rust is under the trim panel and sill panels. They always rust from the jacking points!

Surely the bonnet, boot and roof are full of age related imperfections though? I’d expect those to look a bit out of place now. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Car has been previously painted so those areas did not need redoing 👍🏼

Coming in a bit late, but dropping off my two-cents nonetheless. The exit pipes are too big for this car. They would look much more comfortable on a w140 coupe. Modifying OEM to accommodate an after-market replacement (cutting the bumper) was, is never a good idea in my opinion. Looking forward to getting caught up on the rest of the series.

raj why not do away with electric ariel and either fit a glass one or a rear roof shark fin ariel instead and definitely keep that exhaust but matte black the tips as it looks gangster style and makes the back look meaner and lower

W124 wings are known for rusting, whatever you do rust will come back, suggest buying 2 new wings for a better long term result

I'd leave the exhaust as it is. It makes the car look like it the car is tuned. It has a E36 engine, right?
