I did it on my gl 450. But then i used it to hook up a dvd system and use a very good and cheap radio trasmiter that works great

Hello. I just bought a 2002 C320. My auxiliary seats were disconnected. know I know why, they are draining the battery. I was told that was an issue, but only if you let the car sit for months, yet It happens over night . I disconnected them again. I can live with that and put some kind of off on switch for when I need to use it, however, whatever I disconnected seems to also affected my cigarette lighter and now I can't charge my phone. Perhaps I disconnected one too many things(two plugs on each seat), I'm not sure since I just disconnected whatever they originally had disconnected in the first place. Does the cigarette lighter power share the same power as the auxiliary seats? Did I unplug too many things? Any suggestions on this entire matter? Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

Will it being plug all the time in that power outlet discharge the battery?

It's plugged in all the time. That power source is not powered all the time. Only when the ignition is turned on .

Hi sir I have a mercedes cl 500 year 2004 my command unit switch on 30 seconds goes of and keep doing that i got to fiber optic cables and by pasted all but amplifier and audio gateway but no sound I put the two new into the audio gateway and then into the command but no sound is there any other way to find the trouble can you give me any help thanks

i was wondering if that was a 12v full time plug . If so, what about a constant parasitic draw?

Good question. It's not a constant on 12v source. Only on when the ignition is turned on.

That's a great question. Amazon has ipod to bluetooth adapters. I don't have that interface in my vehicle else I would create a video on this. Anyone in Massachusetts wanna do this let me know and we can meet up.

Sux to be us W221 owners gotta use all kinda methods - I was putting KZbin songs on the PCMIA? card. Forgot the correct name. U can buy the the sleeve on eBay for about $3 as well as the actual cards to store music/content old.
