I have the NTG 4.5, not sure if this is the same. Mine had no sound, had 4 codes, each channel open or short to ground. Was a IC chip shorted to ground in the speaker output of the head unit.

Hi, i found your video very useful. Unfortunately i can't get a jumper, unless i ship from US. However, a jumper simply means connecting two wires together right? Like getting a single wire with has two mouth, akd connecting them to the + and - right? And what type of jumper did you use? Name model etc

I have the same model car but my issue is with the CD player, not the radio. The CD player was working fine and then one day it stopped working. I also cannot eject any of the CD's (it holds 6 CD's). If I select CD, it says "unavailable driver". Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?? I've been trying to fix it for months and there is nothing online on how to resolve this. THANK YOU!!

Excellent video, very helpful to start my troubleshooting. I have the same issue, no audio from FM, AM, BT etc. in my 2013 C300. Does the looper work around fix the audio for BT as well or would I need a new interface module in order to get BT back and functioning?

Same exact problem here but on my 2010 E550 Coupe. Stopped getting sound & then it worked again randomly for 2 days straight then gave up again on the weekend lol so

This video is great 👏 I have the same issue with my Mercedes Benz c200 w204 2008 model but I couldn’t locate that module. I have removed glovebox still couldn’t see it. Do you have any idea where it could be ? I’ve taken to mechanic and they say stereo need to be replace I went to wrecker found exactly same one still didn’t work. I really need help
