a little easier than i thought, I was thinking the intercooler would need to come out completely, I was worried about the fill process and bleeding any air of the intercooler liquid. Thanks

@@tonychavez2083 that would indeed be the worst case scenario! I think this might also work for access to the water pump as well.

Good video. On the older Benz like my cl500 with m113 you can do the belt with a couple of tools and with a 🍺 in one hand in 15 minutes. You guys with modern Benz are real massocists that like to torture yourselves.

But it hurts so good!

I use to own the M113 (CLK500) and M113K (E55) there allot easier to do. I rather take the M276 any day to do Sparkplugs over the M113, lol.

Is the water pump number 7 from the diagram at the end of the video? Also, where did you find the diagram?
@twoc400s5Ай бұрын
@@AlexTnc yes, that's correct. It's posted in several threads on the MBworld forums.

Was watching another video and he replace the belt without touching the intercooler. I was so confuse on how he fish the belt behind the intercooler and onto the pulley's.

If you only want to replace the belt, you could probably do it without loosening the intercooler, but it would be VERY tight, and you would need the slimmest rachet and low-profile sockets on the market.
