Have the same engine but on a C-Class, voltage is 13.3-13.4 when is hot outside, ac is working, also the radiator fan, and the dimmed lamps. This only happens when car is idling, when getting over 1500rpm it goes up to 13.7-14.0, do you think it might be the alternator belt pulley?

I think that is all ok voltage is always lower when it is very hot outside. Just keep folloving the situation. When voltage goes up and down it can be problem with charging regulator rather than idler pulley.

can you tell why my W211 takes a few minutes to raise the voltage or i have to revive the engine then voltage start to raise from 12 to 14

That should not be like that. Voltage must go up between 13.5-14.2V as you start the engine. Maybe you have some charging issues, maybe voltage regulator. Do you have any errors regarding battery on the dash?
