Nice build. Just a note of caution, as the body is mounted to the frame using rubber bushings, there is some movement during driving between body and frame. Therefore, you'll have some vertical movement between your top and bottom hinge of your tire carrier frame (assuming your custom bumper is mounted to your frame). Just keep an eye on any potential wear caused by this.

Hello Alvaro! Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it very much. Yes, I am thinking about building these parts for sale, but this is not that easy. Currently I do single parts for my needs and they are completely custom built with my angle grinder, welder and just very basic tools. For sale they must be CAD designed, laser cut, cnc brake pressed, there must be repeatability, they must be well painted, packed etc and we are talking about steel fabrication which requires welding and grinding which must be done in some sort of bigger shop, not in my garage in residential area. Finally there must be internet shop, international delivery and products ready to be sent in hours after order. Pretty much a big deal ;)
