I went to a very highly rated shop in Toronto for full PPF. Everything they removed they either damaged or did not put back together properly. I will never again trust a shop to take my car apart. Not worth it!

how do you know how to remove panels and pieces from different cars? manuals? or just experience and some common sense? thanks

+Ramos hey Ramos, it's mostly just experience and common sense. You start to get a better feel for it once you do a few. I used to work at BMW so the knowledge I gained from there helped with this area

Really not a good idea. One slip and youve only got 4 fingers left.. Love the videos by the way. I started wrapping for a company in the UK 12 months ago and your videos have helped. Im now a certified 3M Approved Vehicle Wrapper

+CHILDSPLAY713 you're right you don't have to remove the mirror. Then you would put a seam and that's just sloppy. We would rather do it the nicer and less lazy way. There are enough lazy installers as it is

CK Wraps there’s no reason to even remove the panel...inexperience installers should be able to do this without all this extra...
