Can you use silicone grease, lithium grease or wd-40 instead or something else?

Lithium grase , wd-40 is good but in the short term, my opinion is more degripant than greasy, plus it dissolves and washes Vaseline

move theseat maximum front , lubricate the back then move the seat maximum rear and lubricate the front.
