Firstly, the car looks and sounds AWESOME!!!!!!! I can't believe that there was actually a debate by some viewer on whether or not it was an actual 65!! From the rapid ignition sound to the exhaust note, it's ALL V12!!! Much respect to you!! Are those 21" wheels? What AMG model wears those wheels as stock equipment? I only thought those wheel came in 18", 19" and 20". I'd love to get my hands on some 21's!!!

Hallo Predator 2800 Super tolles Auto, vorallem mit den 21 Zoll Felgen...! Schade das du ihn nicht mehr hast. Könntest du mir vielleicht sagen , welche Spurverbreiterungen du vorne und hinten verwendet hast und ob Du bördeln musstest..? Würde meinen S63 auch gerne solche Felgen gönnen. Hallo hab mal ne frage hab die selbe S Klasse aber nur als 500‘er Facelift 435ps hab die gleichen Felgen geholt in der Größe 9jx21 gibt’s die nur so oder gibt’s die auch in andere Dimensionen? Wenn nein welche Reifen Größe hast du drauf gehabt würde mir echt weiter helfen bevor ich da anfange zu experimentieren danke jetzt schon mal 😊

Hi Mr. know-it-all. Not every S65 got diamond quilted seats !!! I changed the exhaust tips cause the S65 ones are ugly...the wheels were also changed to the 21" R-class ones. So just listen to the V12 and take a look at the brakes my friend ! Thank you

I would have said S600 because of the lack of diamond stitching but the front brakes are definitely AMG and so are the front seats and the cluster. I don't know, maybe diamond stitching was an option where he lives.

So how do you explain the V12 twinturbo sound ??? The exhaust tips are switch´t to the 63 model cause the 65 tips are ugly as hell. I like this rims more so i changed them to this 21".

@@theurbanartist775 I found out which Mercedes comes with this wheels from factory. It's the R63AMG. I found a set after looking for ages and had them refurbished but after spending quite a bit of money buying, refurbing and fitting new tyres, I actually didn't like the way my car looked with them. Maybe its because my car is silver and the contrast wasn't that good. I still have them in my garage and more than likely I'll sell them. You do have to fit big spacers with this wheels for them to stick out flash with the arches as without spacers they are too far in and they look lost. I'd say you need 20mm spacers all around. @@theurbanartist775 Thank you! Congratulations on buying the S550! I think you're right, maybe because of the AMG kit, and the arches are quite wide on this S classes. To get the same look as this lovely black S65AMG in the video, you must fit spacers. I have the same body kit as this black S65 and my car is also lowered like this one but I didn't fit spacers and its quite obvious when comparing the 2 cars what a difference the spacers make! I live in UK, I doubt I could send the wheels to you as the stamp duty would be so high for you to pay for something that would be coming from UK and it's just not worth it. I'm sure you'll be able to find a set in USA from a R63AMG, quite rare but they'll come up

It's an s63, because of the absence diamond shaped leather upholstery. However nice job on the lowering part.

es ist ein echter facelift --> sieht man im innenraum am lenkrad, das beim facelift modifiziert wurde ( hat jetzt unten einen waagrechten, gebogenen steg und keine zwei senkrechten )

Hi, lowering the car is a little bit tricky because of the ABC ( active body control suspension ) you have to tweak the height level controller, a good garage shoult be able to do this for you. And yes, i use spacers ;)

Sehr schönes Auto! Alle Änderungen, die genannt wurden, sind auch insoweit nachvollziehbar. Aber der 65er Facelift hat im Innenraum das rautenförmig gesteppte Leder an Sitzen und Türverkleidung. Der Sound ist eindeutig 65er, aber sicher, dass es ein echter Facelift ist? :)

Das Lenkrad ist kein eindeutiges Zeichen, denn dieses kann man ganz einfach tauschen. Schonmal daran gedacht? Man kann viele Details einfach tauschen. Aber bei der Lederverkleidung des Innenraums und der Sitze wirds schwieriger und genau dieses Rautenmuster fehlt in diesem Auto, was bei den Faceliftmodellen vorhanden ist und den 65er eindeutig charakterisiert!
