barkingnomad.darren My Pleasure!! I used brake cleaner, a fine emery cloth and a wire brush to clean the intake manifolds

@@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair one of the 2 bolts on the smaller pipe behind the turbo is rounded. Any ideas on how to get it off?

Is that the egr pipe then? So that bolt would be M6 X 16MM?

@@DarrenPierson use a torch to heat it up and a bolt extractor

@@KITS_Auto_and_Truck_Repair didn't work. I think I will have to grind the top of the bolt off. The threads are on the bottom part of the connection I think so I should be able to pull it out after turbo removal

How did you keep from intake gasket moving or falling down out of alignment?

Sefo Fatai The OEM Gasket has pins that keep it in place!

I just did more research and found out that there is an aftermarket oil cooler that you can mount in front of the bumper...plugs into the oil filter...

Can we use the old oil cooler, instead of new one? I called the parts in Mercedes dealer and they told me you do not need to buy it.

I only replace cooler o-ring

JO’ MaMa I don't reuse the oil Coolers, They crack overtime!
