I have a 2019 and my dash went “blank” overnight. It happened once before and a Mercedes dealer/service guy showed me an isolation switch under the dash, he pushed it an waaaaala it was fixed. He told me there was a recall for this so I had the recall work done and all was good until this morning and I can’t find the switch! I know mine is way up under the dash above the “gas pedal” If I can’t find it again I will remove the hot wire to the battery as this does the same thing. Essentially it’s a hard reset.
