I actually built a twin turbo M104, the stock motor can easily handle 600-700HP It is better to use the M104 3.0 from an SL300 it has stiffer valve springs. If you already have an M104 3.2 it’s fine, you can also swap a 3.0 head onto that block no mods necessary

Someone plz lead me to the way how to turbocharge my M104 W140 big body benz…i know the engine has potential by the way it pulls and does wheel spins when i least expect it while pulling a 5k pound car. I can only imagine if it got 32 psi big snails to wake her up while being mated to a bulletproof 5/6 speed manual transmission. Oh how that will change my driving experience with my tank.

Probably very close to stock. Maybe 12.9 grade head bolts - maybe. These engines are fairly stout. Stock 149mm rods are good for 1000hp.

Vad tål en w126 1987 tänk mig 300whp med orginal mot ock den Mekaniska sprutet...Sett lite på KZbin hur man kan feta på den klarar tydligen typ 0.6 0.8 Bar.Har tänkt göra dehäe ett tag nu.Motorn är för övrigt från 1990 men jag vet inte om de är sant.Den har tydligen bara gått 10 rusen mil däromkring.Motorn låter riktigt frisk 185Hk😂😮

0,6-0,7 bar kan de sagtens. 2,8 motoren kan også tåle en hel del tryk, og hvis nu lige det er den man har på hånden, så bruger man bare den :) Kan man li' omdrejninger skal man vælge 3,0, den har bedre nikketøj på ventilerne, bedre fjedre etc
