Mercedes w166 2014 online update engine ecu and transmission

Did the update improve shifting ? I have a 2014 e350 4 Matic that’s jerky when cold and shifts better when warm. Do I need a update I have already changed fluid and filter and tried some adaptations through xentry but the rough shifting comes and goes ??? No faults in transmission do I need update ?
