Henry Gorrill Actually guys, there is a way to connect to EA servers because they are still up if you had connected to them before. You have to download another game and connect to that one for this to work. Its weird, but thats how you can connect and play co-op with someone.

I remember the game getting quite mixed reviews, which was pretty understandable considering the amount of glitches the game had (I heard the PC port was even worse?), but honestly one of my fondest gaming memories is playing through the entire campaign on co-op with my friend. @@FullPlaythroughs Testing games is a mixed bag. Downsides are long hours, low pay, and little (if any) job security. Upsides are cheap video games at the company store, and being a part of the industry who's products I've loved all my life. Pandemic was the best studio I worked for, and it's a shame EA fucked them over. Yes, Mercs2 was very glitchy. Open world games is tough to get right, and adding co-op makes it even harder. Many minor bugs would be labeled "KS" for Known Shippable, which can be frustrating for a tester. We also had a sizzle real of our favorite bugs. Some were pretty funny. It was a fun game, and sometimes I wonder if the studio had more time they could have ironed out some of the wrinkles. Unfortunately when you spend so much money on marketing it's very hard to push back a launch date.

I remember on me, and my brother's first play through, there was a glitch where every time we'd pass close by those collectibles around the world, (I think they were orange boxes) it would trigger it and it would be collected even if it was already collected. So I had unlocked the Nuclear Bunker buster well before I go usher the game, as well as other unlockables obviously since the Nuclear Bunker buster was the last thing to be unlocked.

First off let there be the following features, invite lobby to pmc where players interact with the world and each other like Minecraft. Dress rooms for changing aspects of your avatar, weapon edit like adding ext. Mag or GL, etc.Host of server pick and choose which members play co-op with at a max of 6. Challenges that you can make to each others at pmc. Ability to dismantle and assemble vehicles. Vehicle edit where there is a 10 slots for certain vehicles like tanks and 6 for like jeeps. The first slot being silhouette , then main gun 1 and main gun 2, engine size, secondary gun, manned gun, turret, armor, and 2 misc like tow missiles or laser sight, and change paint jobs on vehicles and guns There will also be a multiplayer lobby where you can play on Indian maps and cities, deathmatch, capture The flag, and a new type of battle NLW, or non-lethal war where you use stun grenades, tasers, and melee to takedown your opponents. The weapons menu should be more organized by The faction and size of The vehicle and weapon. The airstrikes by The payload and yes The NuclearBunkerBuster, if you guys want. The mercs will have 3 special abilities like so: Chris, can have 3 weapons, more ammo, and lower bullet damage, Nilsson has great speed, faster healing, and half fuel needed for ordinance, Jen has faster disguising abilities in vehicles, able to deal more damage from her weapons, and more morale for factions when you do something for them, in other words more friendly boost when the faction meter goes up. The story is in India like they said, and the plot to ward off an iraqi invasion and you are one of the three mercs siding on the AN, and British, iraqi forces will be on the Russian and Chinese sides. And there will be the russian mafia as well. Then in one mission your merc gets captured and will have to make a choice, work with the Iraqis, Russia and China or be held prisoner. If you choose prisoner, then you will choose a different merc, and there will be a series of missions that leads to the final showdown at New Dehli and the extraction of the merc you chose earlier. If you choose help the russians, you will undergo a series of missions to the final showdown. Sergei the KGB will be there and will pay you for working for there mission as to make you more loyal to the Russians. Then as you approach the final showdown at New Delhi, You the player, will have to make the choice, to help the Russians with the same merc, or choose a different merc, and fight for the Allies. So there will be merc. Vs merc, in this one. After that you can track down the remnants of the opposing army and hvts and buildings. So tell me what you think.

Yup, Pandemic Studios was one of my all-time favorite Developers. Made classics like Mercenaries, Star Wars: Battlefront, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Destroy All Humans!, and even Full Spectrum Warrior. They were 1 of the many reasons I had a great childhood (and miss it to this day). This year will mark a full 10 years since EA shut them down, that day made me hate EA officially. We'll never get the cancelled Mercenaries 3: No Limits, all we have is the prototype Gameplay that's like not even 3 Minutes sadly. Wish Pandemic stayed a Private Developer that continued to work with LucasArts and THQ (who are also sadly defunct).

However, there are still good ones, so the Industry isn't entirely awful (but definitely not as good as it used to be). Kinda funny how all 3 of my favorite franchises are destroyed: Star Wars (by Disney, completely wrecked beyond repair), Halo (by 343 Industries), and Mass Effect (by EA and BioWare abandoning the franchise in favor of Anthem, so glad Anthem flopped!). So, I'm kinda used to being disappointed lol.
