This is my favorite of the original 3 movies! It’s got everything! Classic Dragon Ball action, comedy, the music, all the characters at their best, and it manages to mix in so many pieces of several arcs into a 40 minute movie. It’s so much fun and so rewatchable!

There's only three DB movies retelling the story from the beginning to red ribbon army animelon. The fourth film is a retelling from the beginning to the red ribbon army different from the three movies you watch animelon. The outfit that Goku wears is a tribute to GT

I remember this movie was a combination of multiple arcs, but it didn't dawn on me just how much of the original timeline got merged into a single story and it somehow works. I can't help but wonder how the rest of Dragon Ball's plot would've played out in this alternate universe, especially since time-wise we just speedran the majority of OG and the Z movies would abandon this formula.

Goku's voice is really different in these movies compared to the show. Just thought that one good dragonball wish would be some kind of bucket that provides unlimited food... would be useful for when the sayans are hungry lol. And since you can ask anything, maybe ask for a billion or two buckets for all around the world with unlimited food. Would solve hunger in one wish. Its funny the first guy Yamcha fights at the tournament is obviously ``Andre The Giant`` haha

I wish someone would react to the true DBZ and not the abridged version. I am watching what is a so called feature film of one of the arcs and there are so many details, shots, and portions missing. I loved your dragonball reactions and I want to see a DBZ reaction. It might take more than one year or 2, but it will give you lots of reason to make content. Also, it will take a very long time, but it will be a much more valuable experience than the parody version known as the abridged version. Please start this, because if you find a way to see all of DBZ, people will enjoy you seeing what others grew up with and it will help your channel. Only if you figure out how to see all of DBZ

何度も見た事がある話なのに、内容はすっかり忘れていました。 これは、最たるパラレルワールドなドラゴンボール。 他のドラゴンボールの映画も大好きですが、今見返すと…こんな感じで本編に登場したキャラクターが別の役回りをするタイプの映画をもっと見たかったですね。 本編を含めて、チャオズの台詞が最もあるのがこの作品でしょう。 チャオズを皇帝にしたのは、映画「ラストエンペラー」がモデルになっていると思います。 ボラは槍を持っていなかった為、子の映画ではあの様な事は起きないだろうと思わせておいて…銅像の槍に突き刺すとは…。 そうそう、アラレちゃんが出てくるんだった！ 当時の映画ポスター、ビデオジャケットや裏表紙にもアラレちゃんが載っていて、興奮したのを覚えています。 エンドロールで、悟空に続き2番目にアラレちゃんの名前があるのは、主役級のキャラクターを中途半端な位置に置きたくなかったからでしょうね。

This movie was dubbed after they dubbed Z but before they dubbed OG DB so the casting wasn’t 100% finalized. In this movie, Goku is voiced by Ceyli Delgadillo instead of Stephanie Nadolny and Korin is voiced by Mark Britten instead of Chris Sabat.
