MERCH INFORMER: How to Check Print-on-Demand Trademarks

What if u post a design with no trademark then a trademark is created later on, will amazon take down the design ?

Unfortunately yes - whoever owns the trademark COULD request that Amazon take it down. If you ever have a best-selling design, I recommend registering the copyright so that you have a legal standing should someone ever come along and claim it is theirs!
