Great show as usual, with some great bikes and spares on offer.

I went back in April. I know these shows are centred on Japanese machines but I was amazed to see only 2 BMW bikes in the entire show, no BMW spares stalls and no BMW club representation. Looks to be the same this weekend, having watched this video.

I did see a few bikes for sale and a small stand with off road GS BMW;s..

BMW Club had a stand inside. I was talking to them.

I saw them inside and talked to the guys. They said people deemed the BMW bikes too boring and BMW was contemplating not coming in the future.

When I saw Grumpys 1260 GS, it put a huge smile on my coupon cause I haven’t heard from/ about him for years then his 1260 pops by on the camera 📸, niiiiiiiiiiice one 😮, great video Anyoldwho, nice and steady camera work, buuuuuuut any chance you actually show what’s on the cards like price etc as I love reading them. Thanks for posting this video 😊

There are a couple of price lists on the vid, but you'll have to stop it at the right point to read them. Only had the morning to visit, so missed quite a lot, you really need all day to cover everything. Oh well, next one is in April '23.

Hello from the States (Connecticut)! Thank you for making this video. I wanted to go to the Mechanics Auction this year (looking for a post war Vincent Twin, among others) but business interfered with the date. This show seems to be around the time frame as the auction. Where could I find information about the events concerning time frames of shows and events in Stafford for October, 2023? Anybody? If you see this post please help. Thanks, (great video!).

@@Merch131ho Great! You can film a 69 year old Yank chasing down a Norton Manx or a Vincent Twin! Mainly I want to visit with British Bikers. I was born in the wrong country! I had 2 Triumphs, 2 E-type Jags and my first car was an MGA MKll. Over the years they all slipped through my hands. Now i'm on the hunt again. (Bucket list stuff)! Thank you VERY much! Is there a lockup too big? Not in my book!

@@robertscheinost179 Old brit bikes are before my time though I did once own a 66 Triumph twin and my first car was an MG. I have a friend with a Vincent twin he's the second owner he bought it in 1961 though he is too old to ride these days.

Lots of bikes there with higher horsepower figures, no doubt, but I'd have the Yamaha 700 LC at 11 minutes 41 seconds. It seems that Allen Millyard isn't the only gentleman who likes grafting on extra cylinders, unless it's a re-purposed TZ racer.
