A true professional. When Fleury was a rookie, the Penguins demoted him to the minors because they didn't have a salary cap and couldn't afford his contract at that time. When Fleury was a soon to be free agent, he could have gotten paid a lot more money elsewhere but decided to take less to be part of a winning team that started with him being drafted number one overall. After being injured a few years ago, Matt Murray filled in his position and never gave it back. How many athletes would have taken this treatment and not demanded a trade or to be released. You are a true professional 29. Pittsburgh loves you forever

@@hateEdge83 At the time, it was definitely the right move to keep Murray. Don’t think anyone in the Pens organization could have imagined how much he would fall off. He has never been the same player since the passing of his father. Really unfortunate to see.

Hindsight is 20/20 so we can get that out of the way, the best decision would've been to let jarry apprentice under his tutelage. .... not a popular opinion but that's what it is
