I have a Lowrance Elite fs 9 with motor guide gate way set up.(2021 units) Not sure but when I follow a route using auto pilot it goes to the first way point on the route and then automatically switches to heading lock and does not complete the route and goes strait on that heading lock it just switched to . Any input would be helpful thanks

Can this motor be used for autonomous boat for a trip from Japan to Canada? Do the waypoints have a distance limitation? n

I have been unable to calibrate the compass. The motor refuses to hold a position. or record a track.

Hi there, what size was your bow rider please? I have a Stacer 489 bowrider and would like to know if 12V system is enough for my boat. Thanks in advance.

You would do OK with a 12V model that has approx 55lb of thrust, but if you have to push the boat forward in a headwind, you'll find it under powered. If you have the budget, you would do best with a 24V 70lb unit on a boat of that size.

Umm yes reverse it goes forward left right and backwards/ reverse
