POV: Kinda hard to say, sometimes Derek, sometimes Meredith.
Story:
Derek gets away from Meredith to take some time to think. The memories of his wife sleeping with his best friend haunts him all the time, and the memories of Meredith being with Finn haunts him too. That's why he runs away all the time.
Meredith starts doubting that he'll ever come back, but he does. And they agree to start over, but then, Meredith starts to think about how many times he has hurt her so, what will they both do? Is Derek really ready? And what about Meredith? Will she stay even though her heart is broken?

And yeah, about the subtitles, I didn't want any other song (in the bakground) to ruin the song so I put them there, didn't get so good but I tried at least.
