Can you use Arcane Signet if your commander is still in the commander zone?

Yes. It's based on your commanders color identity regardless of which zone it's in

Yeah, these cards should definitely be in there. Mindslicer is pretty mean if you're playing against friends, but Seer, Feeder and Pod are auto-includes in Meren.
