Nice bike. My dad just purchased the cheaper option, eSilex 400 with 2x10. It has wider gear range than 1x11 version (especially helpful is the 30-36 combination, I should know because I have both versions on my analog gravel bikes). I hope he will enjoy it.

Thx for the presentation ! Interesting bike (the 650Boption as well) I have a "stupid question " ... Does the back wheel hub sound is nice or not !? I mean, I cant stand a 100% silent one as much as too noisy one ! 😉 Thx again for your work ! Cheers from France

Bonjour! Depends on the mode. At minimum it is almost quiet. At maximum it is noisy. But it's not annoying. Certainly not like a trolleybus

Вітаю, класні відоси, гарний вел, бажаю розвитку каналу. Підкажить, чи є зараз альтернатива цьому велу, враховуючи ваш досвід використання, чи все влаштовує. Чи не заважає сумка на верхній рамі натисканню кнопки?

Незвично та приємно читати українською на моєму каналі. Вдячний за відгук. Ні. Я не бачу йому альтернативи. Якщо гревел, то все, що я знайшов, дорожче. Набагато. Мене все влаштовує, тому що я розумію, что тут мотор це помічник. Не як мопед. Тобто я після своїх покатушек вмораний, як собака. Якщо ви шукаєте більш потужну версію мотору, то тоді або дорожче, або не грейвел. Я ту кнопку не дуже часто натискаю. Можно і палець просунути, якщо треба. Я на мінімумі допомоги їжджу завжди. Тільки перед горою переходжу на середню, якщо розумію, що буде важко. Можно і злізти з байка. Але, якщо треба бачити який там рівень помочи відображається та постійно змінювати режими, тоді треба їздити без сумки.

I bought for 2700 EUR included the external battery. I got a charge back tax free crossed the border. The price w/taxes is 3300 EUR. 2700 EUR is the bike + 600 EUR external battery.

helpful video - thanks. Wondering your thoughts on the weight of the bike, obviously the battery/motor must add quite a lot compared to a normal gravel bike - couple of kg?

A bare bike, without an additional battery, weighs 14 kg, which is quite good. Adding an extra battery increases the weight by another 3 kilograms, bringing the total to 17 kilograms. Standard carbon gravel bikes weigh around 10 kilograms, although there are some super expensive models that weigh as little as 8 kilograms. On the other hand, aluminum gravel bikes typically weigh around 12 kilograms on average.
