You can add a pinch of Vanillin. Sometimes I add it and sometimes I don't. Bizet is very easy to make and quick! I love it with coffee too. The main thing in this recipe is to beat the egg whites and sugar well!

Good question! It depends on how quickly you eat it! My husband and me eat this portion in 5 days! We love this so much! It will keep long and crispy if you store it in an airtight container. I'm sure two to three weeks will be good. It's deliciously crunchy and a great gift for friends! Bon Appetit! Write in the comments how you liked it!

It's quite sweet and crunchy, marshmallow-like flavour if that makes sense. You can add a little flavouring of your choosing to it if you want since thise recipe has none. Meringues are good on their own or in desserts so it's very versitile. You could make an eton mess which is strawberries, whipped cream and crumbled meringues. It's a ridiculously quick and easy treat to make.
