Looks like a nice and cozy place. But not sure if it is fair to say that we do coffee wrong in Ethiopia and you struggled to find places to take your visitors. If you are looking to find light and differently roasted coffee than the way we traditionally do it, then i understand. But i disagree with what he said on that he thinks the way the other countries do coffee is the "correct" and the standard way and you need to educate your customers on how to drink and do coffee. I guess we need to be proud of the way we do it and it is the correct way for us. You can say it is a different way but you shouldnt look down on how we do coffee just because others dont drink or roast it thr way we do it. 16:15
