Hi Lexi! Thank you for doing these shade demos, swatches, swatch comparisons with other brands, and final thoughts. Though I was tempted during the VIB sale, I was waiting for your updated review of these lipsticks before taking the plunge (I have had bad luck with “clean” lipsticks). The fact you purchased 4 more shades after receiving two PR shades is proof enough for me. I am glad I waited because the Merit promo is far better than 20%. Thanks again!

i really want to get the set, but my hesitation is that the Baby i got from Sephora isn’t hydrating enough for me on its own 😔. i either have to use balm underneath or gloss/balm on top. maybe i just have drier lips 😬 Baby also looks exactly like my lip shade 🤣. I guess some of the darker colors would be a more interesting look on me. (Was saving 1990 for the Fall.)

p.s. i have one LBR lippie and one thing that pleasantly surprised me was its staying power. after the initial layer is eaten/sipped away, there’s still a lovely flush of color 😍
