Lyrics: This old smoke filled bar is somethin' I'm not used to But I gave up my home to see you satisfied And I just called to let you know where I'll be livin' It's not much but I feel welcome here inside And I've got swingin' doors a jukebox and a barstool And my new home has a flashin' neon sign Stop by and see me anytime you want to 'Cause I'm always here at home 'til closin' time I've got everythin' I need to drive me crazy I've got everythin' it takes to lose my mind And in here the atmosphere's just right for heartaches Thanks to you I'm always here 'til closin' time And I've got swingin' doors a jukebox and a barstool And my new home has a flashin' neon sign Stop by and see me anytime you want to 'Cause I'm always here at home till closin' time Yeah, I'm always here at home till closin' time

I absolutely love this clip. I watch it every time I go into KZbin. Two of country Music's best, singing Swinging Doors together; what more could one ask for? When Merle passed in 2016, we lost thee best of the best, and it's a blessing to be able to still see him in concert like this. And Dwight is the perfect singing mate for him on songs like this. And to publicly thank Merle for letting him do Swinging Doors with him, that's the sign of a gentleman performer. Way to go, Dwight! And one more thought - this IS real country music, not like the garbage coming out of Nashville today, with performers who look and sound like failed pop singers who have tried their hand at country music to make money ,and who have no understanding what country music really is about.
